When the Paley Center announced their Fall TV Preview Party lineup yesterday, I got really excited. Alongside screenings of Nikita and Hellcats for the CW, it said, “Bonus: Premiere Screening of a CW Returning Favorite.” I was hoping this would be mean a sneak peek at The Vampire Diaries season premiere, but then I realized it will have aired already by the date of the event (Sept. 15). I’m now hoping it’s Supernatural, which doesn’t premiere until Sept. 24. The Vampire Diaries, meanwhile, will be back Sept. 9, but that’s not soon enough after watching the new season two trailer below. We even get a glimpse at the Katherine-in-a-bra action creators Kevin Williamson and Julie Plec teased to EW. Here’s to another twisty, pulse-pounding and shocking season.
P.S. Diary – Don’t forget to vote for Damon in EW’s Sexy Beast bracket tournament. Because Buffy already staked Edward. And I have to know Damon.
