As it turns out, I didn’t make it to Comic-Con this year. Instead of coming home from San Diego with a cold, I got sick before the Con and decided to spare myself and all the other attendees. I’m sure plenty of people will still be coming home with the Comic-Con summertime flu, but I can safely say I am not patient zero.
Since I wasn’t able to attend any panels, I’ve been experiencing the Con vicariously through Twitter updates and videos, some of which I’ve collected here.
I think it goes without saying that many of these panels contain spoilers, so watch at your own risk.
Jeffster rocks the Chuck panel! Watch the entire panel on Hulu.
Ramblings of a TV Whore posted some great video of the Middleman table read. This is just the first part. The rest of it can be found here.
Part 1 of the Joss Whedon and Dollhouse panels. Check out the rest of the parts here.
The same YouTube poster also uploaded the Bones panel. Here’s part 1, featuring David Boreanaz’ taped message to the fans.
If you can take the screeching, here’s the Supernatural panel part 1. Watch the rest here. If you search YouTube, you may also find part of the season 4 gag reel.
It’s not the second episode, which was screened, but here’s the Glee panel part 1.
Burn Notice makes its Comic-Con debut. And I am really coveting this exclusive Comic-Con Burn Notice shirt.
A trailer for Starz’ Spartacus: Blood and Sand, which counts Angel and Dollhouse‘s Steven S. DeKnight among its executive producers.
A preview of AMC’s update of The Prisoner starring Ian McKellan and Jim Caviezel.
And finally, a little pimp for my friend Hollywood Jane, who launched her own web series, Quest for Comic-Con, on the first official day of Comic-Con. Here’s part 1: My Kingdom for a TARDIS. Damn those ninjas standing in the way of Josh Wheaton.
